Kimberly Hunsaker
Vice President - Accounting Manager



As Vice President Accounting Manager, Mrs. Hunsaker is responsible for the management of the company’s accounting responsibilities and functions. This includes but is not limited to maintenance of all books and records, generation of financial statements, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, tax returns, construction draws and staff supervision.

 
 
 

Prior to joining Orion, Mrs. Hunsaker served as the Assistant Controller overseeing the revenue accounting at Equity Office Properties Trust, the largest publicly traded owner and manager of office properties in the United States prior to the Blackstone buyout in 2007. She was responsible for the revenue of a national portfolio comprised of whole or partial interests in 622 Class A office buildings located in 16 states and Washington DC. During her seven and a half years with Equity Office and prior to her role as Assistant Controller of Revenue, Mrs. Hunsaker was responsible for the accounting and reporting of wholly owned REIT properties as well as joint venture REITs that included buildings such as Park Avenue Tower, Worldwide Plaza and 1301 Avenue of the Americas in New York. As a property accountant her portfolio of properties was in excess of 3 million square feet. She was also involved in two mergers the company initiated with Cornerstone and Speiker Properties.

Mrs. Hunsaker brings eight years of experience in the real estate industry to Orion Residential. Mrs. Hunsaker is a 1995 graduate of the University of Southern Colorado with a Bachelor of science degree in business administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
