As Vice President of Brand Management/Public Relations, Ms. Barker is responsible for the management of the Company’s Public Relations program.  In addition, she provides customer service to all Orion Community homeowners and residents to ensure a great living experience.  Currently she provides daily project management for Orion's two Virginia communities.

Prior to joining Orion, Ms. Barker served as the office manager of Legacy Partners’ regional office, one of the largest developer, owner and operators of multi-family apartment communities on the west coast. During her six years with the company, she helped with the daily operations of the regional development office as well as the property management of over 1,000 units.

Ms. Barker has 8 years of experience in multifamily real estate. Ms. Barker is a 1998 graduate of Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in administrative management.
