Orion Residential LLC acquires Fulton’s Crossing, a 256 unit apartment community and Fulton’s Landing, a 248 unit apartment community located in Everett, Washington.
Fulton’s Crossing and Fulton’s Landing together comprise a 504 unit multifamily community strategically located at 120 SE Everett Mall Way in Everett, Washington. The Property, which was built in two phases in 1986 and 1988, features luxurious one and two bedroom apartment units. In addition, the Property has a wide array of amenities including two spacious, newly renovated clubhouses, business facilities, and fitness center with tanning beds, two large swimming pools with heated spa, and a children’s playground.
